• Taking 6 maxillary teeth that have been built up as 6 oversized blocks of glass ceramics, and wax (prior to the course) • Determining the correct esthetic parameters of midline • Determining tooth length and width, inter-tooth width relationships • Step-by-step process of creating these macro-dental esthetic relationships

• Participants use printed models with removable dies (e.g., Of the 6 maxillary prepared teeth) • Participants are also to pour a solid cast of the full contour teeth (which is the second impression provided) • Participants are to wax up and press the “Jim Carrey” shaped teeth • Or machine from the STL files provided in glass-ceramic of choice in any shade • Participants are then to wax up or machine from a carvable wax “Jim Carrey” shaped teeth # 9, 10, and #11 • Have them ready for macro smile design and then micro-texture

Micro-Texture 6 Anterior Glass Ceramics • Participants or organizers are to make 1 model (Prior to the Course) • Using digital files provided to produce: -A base model -A removable die -STL files for full-contour restorations for each of the 2 cases (Ideally a 5-mole material) • Participants are to use: -High-speed friction grip handpiece -Slow-speed handpiece with a straight nose cone -A contra-angle attachment
